Hi

I got some underbody neons for my car, and i'm trying to install them.
i've put all the brackets in to hold the neons, but i don't know where to run the wires.
can anyone help?

i was thinking the front neon's wire could run straigh up the driver's side of the car, past the battery, then between the fuse box and the side of the bonnet... but i don't know where from there.
and i don't really have a clue for the other neons.
i don't want to drill any holes anywhere... but if i really need to, i might be able to for the rear neon. and then i can put its wire up into the spare tyre cavity, and then from the boot, to the control box. but thats a last resort.
i need all the wires to come to a central location, either in the car or in the bonnet or boot. if the central location isn't in the car, then i still need a wire to run from that location, to the inside of the car, so i can mount a switch.

i hope this makes sence.

please help.
post here, or email me [email protected]
thanx

I`m not sure about your state, but in S.A undercar neons on public roads are illegal and will get you an instant defect by the cops as it destracts other road users at night.

yeah. i'm in WA, its the same.
but they aren't for on road use

they are for decretive and off road use. eg car shows.

the instructions actually say to hook them up to the park lights. that makes it a lot easier to install, coz you don't need

Connect them to the park lights but fit a switch into the wiring somewhere so you can turn them off.

That's so; why don't you pick up a circuit from the fuse box that has power when ignition is off and use that? Usually there are a few of these.
