REGO is 'NORTY8' - Black and White Vic Plates. Colour is 'QUICKSILVER' with CV8-R Wheels. Please call 000 if you see this car anywhere. Thank you. Apparently car now has different wheels and standard issue VIC number plates (stolen) and has been taken to
