i'm in the process of rebuilding my cleveland...i'm running the 302 rod's on the 351 crank and want 2 know wether it would be worth the expense of puttin 4v heads on?? any imput would be very helpful

It depends on the use of the vehicle,best option for road use is
2v heads with 4v valves fitted that way you still have good low down drivability,4v heads are better suited to high rpm and can be a pig down low.

Just get heads throated and cleaned up in ports 3 angle valve grind 4v valves and port match good springs etc,
with good comp and cam should make good power.
if it ain't broke we can improve it.

I may be wrong, but there was mention earlier in the forum of 3v heads that seemed to strike a nice balance between the 2v and 4v heads.

If you already have the 4V heads use them. Otherwise upgrade to alloy heads CHI or AFD as it'll cost less than buying 4V's and sorting them. It's definately cheaper than prepping 2v's.
