Hi all,
I'm having a few problems with the front seat in my VP Berlina. The reclining wheels seems to just spin and not intermesh with anything in the way of seat adjustment. Sometimes if you try it when not in the car it works but not when sitting in it. I'm sick of getting a sore back half way to work in traffic!
Anyone had one apart or know how the adjusting wheel connects? Just wondering if something internal i busted or maybe just the wheels fits onto a spline and needs refitting or similar. They also have brand new condition upholstery so not planning on swapping a seat over just yet, any ideas folks?
cheers,
Ben

The smooth round centre part pulls out of the knob, then you can reef it off the shaft.
New ones are available from GMH and aren't real dear.

This is becoming quite a common issue lately! 3 of my mates have stuffed theirs as well - but all of them we
