Hey I recently purchased a 4 speed, 253 WB Panel Van (will check year if neccessary) and was wondering is it possible to simply "swap" the 253 for a 308 without introducing any brackets and would I need an engineering certificate? If an engineerin certificate was necessary, if I used a WB 308 would I still require one?

Also, would I need a new gearbox, tailshaft diff etc with the 308 upgrade?

Thanks for any help!
