Hello all, Can anybody explain a simple procedure to align the doors on a HT Ute. The doors came off due to respray, so there is no reference marks on the frame or door to go off. I am currently having problems with the front of the door striking the fresh paint of the rear part of fender.. Tried losening the hinge bolts off and moving the door away from the fender, but the door hits on the door frame. Now there is potentially 4 adjustment points (door and frame on each hinge) I can make in the alignment, I just can't work out which ones to do, to get this square on.. What adjustment does the movement in the actual door part of the hinge do (not frame side)??? Driving me bonkers and stuffing my nice paint....any help would be great..

cheers james..

If you have had the guards off for the respray as well, I think you might find that its your guard that is misaligned, not your door, especially since its the rear of the guard that the door is hitting. I've seen this happen with a few HKTG's that have b
