Is there any differance in HT,HG.HK wiper arms????

Not that I can tell. I have a HK and my boyfriend has a T and a G and they are all interchangable. I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they're all the same.

the G and probably T have an extra arm on drivers side - some sort of tension maintaining thingo - you know the thin arm bit? The cowl vents are different too, not sure specifically how, i think pivot is different location

Yep as said, the HT and HG had an articulated arm in front of the driver, on HKs they didn't (more like earlier Holdens HR and earlier).
