I was parked in a waiting bay at the local Mcdonalds waiting for my food when a family who's car was parked next to mine decided to throw open their door and hit my monaro and put a small dent in it. We exchanged details, but after 3 weeks of trying to contact them they are denying everything, including that they were not involved in the incident. Everytime i call them they give me the runnaound and lie that it's not them and that i have the wrong person. I went to the police station and they called them and after denying it ever happened, they owned up to it and then said the damage was already there. The police cant do anything about it because it was unintentional. Aren't most accidents unintentional? What would you do ?

Some years ago I was at Uni near one of the car parks, chatting to a mate. I was looking past him as we talked, at the car park, where a car was backing out of a park. They hit the car behind them, and I actually saw the hit car move (it bounced on its

We nearly all have camera phones these days. Take as many as you can at the time of the incident.

I don't get it either. I had an accident a few years ago & I damaged two other cars. I made sure I had made a claim with my ins co. and phoned the claim n
