I changed my plugs and leads and cracked one of the plugs putting them in, didnt realise and the car was missfiring like hell... got it fixed, and ever since i have had a starting problem. It starts but whe i turn the key it takes a while till it actualy does... i usualy give the accelerator a push and that helps it along... if i turn it off for 5min and try again it starts straight away but leave it for 20min it doesnt...V6 by the way, the plugs were irridium if that helps.... any suggestions??

I suspect that it could be something else, cracking the plug only causes the spark to earth to the head rather than between the electrodes. Does it run fine when it's hot?

Agree with the Phantom ! You have a 2nd fault to chase up. Its not the cracked plug.
Failing that, sell the VS and get a HQ...easier and cheaper to fix.
And yes I am biased....LOL

Check all the plugs they had a habit of dropping the iridium tips into the engine, creating some neat wear patterns.
