i have a 67 hr and i would like to do it up... something to test my four hard years of being a boilermaking aprentice ha...

i was just wondering what other (newer) holden cars could i get parts off? meaning what cars would be good to use for the brakes and suspension
if its not a good idea to use a whole setup off one car what other models or parts should i be looking at...
thanx for ya time

Suicide Doors...talk to an engineer BEFORE you spend a cent. No good spending all that time and putting up with the aggravation if you can't get it licenced at the end of it...

Regarding Engineers, I believe The 'Street Machine Magazine' Web site has a list of accredited Engineers.

Hi Michael,

Sorry, mate, I'm in Perth so have no idea about engineers in Melbourne. Maybe your licencing mob's website has a list of them?

If you have a look here: http://gallery.oldholden.com/ReaperHR/ you may pick up some ideas for your HR.

Hi jimmy.

The car you have is not an HR 'S' series, the 'S' represents the fact that it was built on the Sydney (Pagewood) assembly line.

From the info you have provided. the car is an HR 186 X2 with the common options of power front discs & LSD.
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
