I have started stripping my HG GTS for a restoration. I have noticed that the crashpad does not have the retaining screws at each end like other HK sedan crashpads I have seen. Are all KTG Monaros like this? Are the crashpads identical otherwise? My Monaro has no holes in the end of the crashpad or in the body.

I am thinking of fitting the crashpad end pieces as seen on Premier/Brougham. Were these optional across the range? Did any Monaros have them fitted? I think they look good - what do others think? Will I ruin the look of my Monaro by fitting them?

Sorry for so many questions on my first time here.

Ends of crash pad are held inplace by two philips head screws.

Ends on Premier/brougham were to be fitted to GTS models, but was canned at the last minute, they were not optional on Monaro or other vehicles int he range.

Thanks Warren, it is odd then that mine doesnt have the holes, but I wont feel bad about drilling the dash now to fit a good crashpad I have with the holes in it.
