I do not understand why you would not just replace the harness with a good second hand one at the wreckers. I am putting an HZ harness into an FC and it took two of us 30 minutes to get it out without damage from a good wreck.

I'm with Warren. My HZ loom was so ratty, I went to a Pick yourself wrecker and spent about 1 hour wandering around, deciding which ute had the best loom, and then removing it. The only thing I'd add is label wires before you remove them, rather than afte

Yeah, ive used a painless kit in an EH.. and they are great.


my current project tho, im not using one, but have pulled one from a wreck instead.


this was based purely on $$$. and the harness from a wreck has a nice relay and fuse panel I neede
