I am looking for a shifter for a 6 cylinder 5 speed box. What would be a fair price and does anyone have one? Or are these rare?

Check out 5 speed sigmas, bluebirds, stanzas & other Aussie assembled cars of around 2L rear drive, from that period (1981-85), because, they all ran variants of the same 5 speed box in certain models in their line-up.

VK 3.3L carby 5 speed is the same box as the 2.85L VH unit apart from some selective shot-peening of the internals to make 2nd gear a bit stronger.

They were rated at 200Nm, and the stock VK carby 6 was capable of 231Nm.
