hi i have a xxc coupe was told it maybe a cobra or a super bird how can i tell
these are the information on my id plate

OK, well for starters no XCs came out as Super Birds. That was XA only. I think your colour is copper bronze metalic. Your engine P is 302, which is 4.9 not 5.8.
And JG65 is Falcon coupe. So it looks like you will have a 302 Auto GS as all the falcon

it has a disc brake nine inch i'll be holding onto it for sure as i love my xb xc coupes i thought it was just a gs coupe but like i said got told by many ppl that it maybe a cobra as they where relised in august in 1978 where mine was realised in feb 197

Are you sure its a nine inch? If so might be an idea to see what crank is inside the motor. Friend of mine had a XC GS 351 coupe. Was an ex police interceptor and was made in the month prior to the Cobras. I loved that car.

yes its deffinately a nine inch im a ford lover and i love my cars and i certainly know what a nine inch is what year model was your m8's cop car i have no motor for it. no motor no bos i swaped the coupe for my xb sedan that i had i still miss my sedan t

Don't remember the exact build date on my mates XC. I do remember that it was in the last batch of coupes built before the Cobras. Was white with black interior. Had black and white hounds tooth cloth inserts. Full GS pack with outback pack which inclu
