Get lower springs and firmer shocks.

Repaint or polish it.

Tint the windows.

Fatter tyres.

If its a V8 put twin pipes on it with Chevy drops just behind the rear wheel.

Hey mate 90% of cars people try to make nice look like crap. If i had that car i would lower it, shorten the diff and put a set of deep dish original centrelines on it. If u do this the car will look great. If u put a set of hotwires, peanuts or scogs on

Clean it up so it shines, put new or good chrome on it, buy a new grille and headlight surrounds plus new lenses. Make sure all the rubbers are good and put some widened or even 15" GTS rims on it. Don't lower it too much or you'll hate it as you'll scrap

In that case leave as is. Modernise the susension with new shocks, springs lowering it by no more than an inch or two and fit original GTS rims.

Another mod to ponder for the future is a complete VN/VP EFI 5litre, TH400 and a 10-bolt. All of this will bolt in using standard Holden stuff - you could even connect the TH400 up to the stock column shift! A VN V8 wreck will set you back about $1500. Al
