I got given a new Speco mechanical oil pressure guage the other day. I was considering putting it in my van (202 Blue). Has anyone ever installed one of these before? I haven't as yet had a chance to see where I can put the sender, well where i can screw the tube into. I assume that there could be somewhere on the oil pump.

Any ideas? I realise the better alternative would be to get an electronic one, but a freebie is a freebie.

Cheers,
Nic

I have Speco gauges and use a 2 5/8 mech oil gauge. On the oil pump should be the original electrical sender unit with 1x wire attached to the top. I unscrewed the sender and screwed in the correct fitting supplied with the gauge (you must use thread tape
