bought an old rusted out van for parts, which has full head lining and what looks like sandman stripes up it. here are the details; 8m70tg j556105x model hx8w m 70 body 222566-a trim 1888-18v paint 568-15951. L31 M21 GV4. 1-77 1950KG SEATS 2 AHX 04083 M. What do you reckon ?

Definitely a Sandman. In HX commercials only Kingswoods or Sandmans had slate (18V) trim. Normal 'Belmont' commercials had black (19V).

Do you know the colours name?

Is M used for Trim level in the VIN for Sandmans?
