All..
Over a 20km drive my EF is losing all water in the radiator.
I'm not sure what else to look for except that it could possibly be a faulty radiator cap, thermostat. The head is fine.Haven't had a chance to have a good look yet but
Any thoughts would be great.

Welsh plugs are common to leak.

Thanks: 1 times
Get a pressure test done dude. That should show where the leak is coming from.

Most likely the cap is buggered and each time you stop the engine it allows a small amount of water to escape. Try a new cap. It's about the cheapest fix there is! Worth trying first.

Cheers guys.
Had a good look at it the other day.
Looks like the head gasket has given out near the intake manifold.
Not happy.
