I was looking at a few VN's for sale and one was a V6 fitted with a V8 computer, would this make any differance in the way the V6 ran? If so would it be enough to make any real differance and be worth the effort?

The computer is the same, it is only the memcal (chip) inside it that changes to suit manual/auto/V6/V8.

Oh - the V8 memcal won't work on the V6 either.
