Hi folks,
I am wondering about some leaf springs for my HT Premier....
At the moment, there is only about a 3 leaf pack with small over riders fited, the vehicle seems to wallow a bit. I have a gas tank in boot so she is down in the rear a bit , other HT models i have seen have a 4 pack , and i have now found a set which are 6 in pack and are set for a 1.5 inch higher than normal ride height ( done at workshop ).
My question is this , will the 6 pack ( obviously heavy duty ) be as stiff and rigid as a TANK, and can i expect these to have any real articulation / ride ecomfort , or will these be flat out just for towing a tandem etc...i dont mind a firm ride for my car but i like a bit of bump absorbsion. I believe they were on a Monaro and im thinking the extra height was to accomodate a big set of rubber.
I have seen a sway bar too, Will this help the car from rolling around corners?
Any advice is much appreciated and i know that you guys are geniuses when it comes to these cars...i will also be fitting King Springs 30 mm lower than stock to the front...
Thanx in advance...... Anthony and if i fit low front high rear , will it look like a funny car? Or do they look ok like this :) cheers....

I don't know if it will look like a funny car or not but you might succeed in making it look funny. What are you trying to achieve? Dropping a car 30 mm at the front and jacking it up at the rear and using an unknown size sway bar is hardly a receipe fo
