THE HJ:

I have decided to part with my lovely, dependable but hardly ever driven HJ. I bought it about 6 years ago from its original owner who used it as a work and family car for all its life. Its Champagne Gold and is almost completely original with a straight six red block (reconditioned about 100,000kms ago). The panels are all straight with some rust in the lower rear door panels and (obviously) the tail gate. The engine has always been reliable and no oil leaks. The only thing that would need replacing is the clutch. It is no longer registered (EXPIRED JAN 06) and I can't imagine it would need much (if anything) to reregister it.

THE HG:

This is my sister's car and, as she still doesn't have her license, is also for sale. This car is not in as good condition as the HJ as the original owner had a couple of minor incidents with both front quarter panels having damage. I think it needs a new starter motor as a new battery has not given it quite enough to turn over. The interior is original and the engine was in good running order before it stopped starting.

I would like to get both cars to good homes ASAP so will accept best offer.

I am far from an expert with cars, so the descriptions are probably not fantastic. I am happy for people to call with questions, but I don't know how helpful I would be.
