Can anyone out there give me some tune up specs for a 6 cylinder 1987 ZL Fairlane. Eg: Spark plug gap, timing etc

timing - 3.3lt manual trans - 6+/- 2 deg btdc exc NSW
- 3.3 lt auto - 14 +/- 2 deg btdc exc NSW
- 4.1 lt manual - 6 +/- 2 deg btdc exc NSW
- 4.1 lt auto - 10 +/- 2 deg btdc exc NSW
- all 3.4/4.1 lt NSW
