Did a search and didnt find what i want to know. I am in the process of upgrading the front brakes in my HX one tonner and will need to upgrade the master cylinder. Now i know WB ones are a common use but what other models/brands and sizes can be used. Is it just the master cylinder itself that is replaced or do you slot in a new booster etc to match? I will be using VX disks and calipers and have drum rear. Any ideas on cost and where to obtain the new master other than the wreckers? Cheers for the help. Scotty. |

$300 for the C3 vette master will still be cheaper and easier than finding and rebuilding a WB booster and new master , changing piping etc
The 1 1/8 master would be better for those calipers you plan to use I wish you luck making them fit
