Yep, they look fine S4pete ... any of them yours ?

I don't buy a lot of mag's these days but I think "Just Holdens" might have me hooked.

Of course it's nothing to do with Joe's immaculate HR Premier wagon, Dave's resurrected HR Special or the HR's

Hey guys - my dad had an HR 186S 4 speed back in the day. Any idea what they are worth now? He wishes he'd kept it...along with the HT 307 Monaro ;-)

Hey "Sandman",
I think one ( a 186S 4 speed Prem. sedan ) just sold on Ebay for $10,000ish.

You're dad had a couple of classic rides there...

Wouldn't we all like to go back to that era and get the rellos to store away some great car

Hi Guys.

Wasn't it great to see 6 S4s line up at Bathurst. As you probably realise, s4pete, I was there (big bloke, white hat, no hair).

To squash a few myths about S4s, they did NOT have a 4-speed box (Gary), they used an upgaded version of the old

I think from memory the HR was the first Holden 6 to come out with a 4 speed, the infamous Opel.

Cheers,
Pete.

Hi s4pete.

Yep, that was me.

The nasco fan belt thing. That weekend I had many owners proudly showing off rear bits & pieces, on their car or in their boot. I saw 3 different Nasco fan belts.

Hey s4 Pete, do any of you s4 guys know if someone out there makes a replica of the larger petrol tank in the s4? I've almost completed a winton red sedan & the larger tank would be very cool!
