i have a 95 nl fairlane. A couple of probs i have with it are, cruise, horn, arent working. And also I cant get my heater to work, fan works, i put up temp. to 35 degrees, but no heat comes out.

the heater inlet valve is prob. stuffed as this is common. have to raise car and get at it from underneath, while its off dont forget to flush heater core as it hasnt had sufficient water flow for a while and gets clogged.

hi, what happens on the ed/ef/el for the heater is that the 'blend flap' door in the heater box breaks and you are unable to control the heat(or cold).It only happens on cars with climate control.With the horn and cruise not working I'm assuming the airba

mate, you are spot on with both probs.....firstly, how can i get the flap to work so i can have heat. And secondly, how difficult is the steering wheel to remove, to change the spring, and where can i buy one....I am in melb.

Hi Edmundo. The complete dash panel needs to be removed, a/c degassed and heater box removed. Then it has to be split and a new flap fitted. You cannot adjust the heat until you fit the new door. To remove the steering wheel first disconnect battery,remov
