Hi, I own a 1969 HT Ute with no compliance plates. It's been registered as a 350 V8 but I want to find out whether it originally came out with a V8 or a 6 cylinder. Can anyone help me or point me in the direction of how I can find out?? Thank you.

A '69 HT doesn't have a compliance plate, it only has Body ID & VIN plates.

Yeah, I know I'm being pedantic again, but people always wrongly call these plate Compliance Plates.

G'day Byron, When i brought the car it had a turbo 400 and the steering column didn't show any evidence of a gear stick. So I'm assuming it was a floor shift. Can you help me further
