so if vehicle was fitted with manual gearbox will i be able to fit turbo 350

Aussie 4 speeds are trimatic pattern, and a turbo 350 wont bolt up to one of them.

what about using an adapter plate

You could, but its messy, and you need to use spacers on the flex plate/convertor bolts too.
The other option is to get the block redrilled to suit.

i have a 308 red trimatic patten witch is in a ute that i am driving at the moment but have to take it out and put a turbo in it to fit my supra 5 ,willing to swap where are you located

why not just change bell housing.....my supra came with a double drilled bell housing.....there about $320 plus postage......
