any way to get speedo on h.q. to read something like after fitting toyota g/box. (2) have been told if i fit later type rocker cover with second pipe into air filter cover and sealed cap instead of breather this will create vacum in crank case and help prevent oil leaks ? rod

You need to figure out how much your speedo is wrong in percentage terms (reads 90 kmh at 100 kmh so is 10% slow, etc) and then get a ratio reduction box made up that goes between the box and your speedo cable. Automotive Instrument companies make them.
