Can anybody tell me if EFI V8 fuel line is the same diameter as
EFI V6 .

K.F.M don't know about v8 but v6 is 8mm (5/16)

There are two sizes of EFI hose available in rolls.5/16"(7.0mm) or 3/8"(9.5mm). You can get it cut to length.
