Today I had, for work reasons, the need to go to the Pre- Delivery department of a Major Holden Dealership here in Brisbane.

SO............Guess who got to sit in the Drivers seat of a New VE SS 6 litre 6 speed manual Commodore? Vrrooooom Vrooooom

I maybe 40+, but i tell ya i was drooling like a baby.

Hands up whos jealous??? LOL

Nice as it was, I will stick with the EH...............For Now

Reminds me a little of the concept ute HSV did for the Sydney Motor Show in 2000 or 2001. That was a beautiful looking ute.

stylewise it does absolutely nothing for me, looks like a BTCC vauxhall...wouldn't mind getting hold of the drivetrain though ;)

Looks a bit odd, the ute is. The bonnet appears to be longer than the tray? Probably just the angle.

WANTED: GTS rims, seats and mirrors to suit HJ.

It looks like someone has photoshopped a VE front and VE wheelarches onto a VU - VZ body...probably what we'll get in the short term but maybe without the rear arches.

Actually, just had another look...you can see the left rear door through the driver'
