Can someone please help me decode these numbers:
Vin: BHJ49320A
Engine: VR80562
I believe it to be a 1976 Holden Monaro

It's a HJ of some description built in the Elizabeth plant (Adelaide). Engine is a 253 from a Commodore - probably VB by the number. Nothing more can be deciphered from this info. And BHJ49320A is not the VIN number. It's the chassis number
