Hi all, I have wb one tonner and a 47 chev pick up cab I intend to gel both has anyone done the same or would know what modifing is invovled to do this

Hi guys im also building the same model chev and would appreciate any advice. I cant decide what chassis to use original with grafted holden front or hq-wb ute or tonner or for something different a 1960 pontiac sedan chassis.

I'd use a late HX, HZ or WB tonner chassis with RTS (or ute/van if slightly shorter is required). Just make sure you check carefully for cracks first. The only problem is ADR27A compliance. If you're not worried about handling use a HQ or HJ chassis and y

Just done this with a 48 pick up.
Tilt front
350 th350
WB ute chassis

Had to chop the middle out of the chassis and replace with straight rails. Added body mounts.
