i have a panel van and a week ago a drunk lady drove into it while it was parked out side my house and wrote it off. i am very sad about it, any way i need to prove to her the value of the car so she will pay me out. its a xc falcon panel van gs model only had one owner before me, auto, aircon, 4.9/302 etc. im trying to collect as much info as possible to give to her as im shore she has no idea about the kind of car and probably thinks its just old :) if anyone could help with any info that would really help me thanks [email protected]

not good news.you realy need to show if it was a realy good 1 or a rough 1 as the price will vary alot

it had a very smal amont of surface rust but nothing major. i think it was in good condition. it was undercover for all its life

i HAD AN XC PANEL VAN CORONERS WAGON WITH A CUSTOM BATHURST COBRA KIT, WITH A 351 HOLLY BUILT MOTOR AND ONLY GOT 5 GRAND WHEN I WROTE IT OFF (WASNT MY FAULT, IT TO LIKE YOURS WAS PARKED WHEN IT HAPPENED)

i currantly own a 1979 xc panal van rebuilt from ground up spent 10 g's it is has 3.50 limted slip diff 5 spd t5 box and 250 cross flow with high lift cam bored 50 thow extractor twin webbers and valud at 15 000
took 3 years to build

I'd be unhappy with anything less than ten grand myself....Stuff 'em, the old cars are only going up in price so even with a reasonable pay out your still at risk of losing out in the long run.
