Hi Rob,

I have a VY2 SS 6 speed ute. My driving is mainly mid to outer suburban and highway work.

Over the last 5,000 k's, I have averaged in the low 11L/100K's on a 70,000 k old motor. I have seen high 8's (even saw 8.0 once!) but more usually low

My late 02 CV8 auto gets around 11L/100kM highway and around 13.5-14l/100kM city. It's bog stock. I also had a VY SS 6speed ute. It was totally stock too. Around 10L/100kM higway and 12.5L/100kM city.

Hi Guys.

In dense Sydney city traffic, i.e. Parramatta Rd (no freeways) up to 16 to 17L/100km even in a well tuned car. Hit the freeway to Canberra, straight away 8L/100km. Ask me if I'm happy that petrol is under $1.20 /L again !!

Dr Terry
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

Fuel is under $1.20 a litre in Sydney??? Lucky buggers...it is still high $1.20's for ULP in Perth.

BTW, for Rob, I always run PULP or Ultimate 98 (we don't have 100 Octane fuel in WA).

Cheers...Dave
