I want to know more about the VR auto gearbox (mine has problems) so am after a workshop manual. Post here if you have one for sale.

There isn't a one line answer to that question.
Holden didn't make just one big manual for the VR series, it comes in many volumes, 12 to be exact. Each volume covers parts of the car, 1 for body, 1 for V6, 1 for V8, 1 for electrical circu |
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0 |

A Haynes, Gregorys or Ellery style manual may be more suitable in this case.
I have the VS version (I think it's gregories) and it's quite good for the average DIY owner.

the engine stalls and had a huge flat spot and dose not change gear until it hits 4000 rpm please rly

Basically you can't. There is a plastic retainer tube that the metal headrest pins slide into. Across the top of the tube is a retaining clip that allows the headrest to be inse |
