In NZ, when you operate a petrol vehicle your road tax is incorporated into the petrol price. For diesel, the per litre price is cheaper but you then have to pay your road tax separately. It is purchased as a number of kms, and is a window "sticker" lik |

Sme, I often think, thats the way Rego and Green Slip should be Charged - By the Kms on your Speedo. The Vehicles (not the people) using the road pay for it. It would reduce the costs to car enthusiasts who have three or four cars but only drive one |

I wondered about the diesel allowance too, thats something different. I wish ozzy cops would be more like the kiwi cops, that motorway patrol show is piss funny. The cops here in WA are too serious, would it hurt to crack a joke.Anyone would think they pa
