So do 350 or 377's ie stroked 308's. The 350 stroked 308 will probably be a fair bit cheaper than the stroked 253 due to piston cost. |

COME make a 3.75" stroke crank to suit. Pistons as well. Same bore/stroke combination as a 350 Chev with a 400 crank. |

Where price will equal it self out is that if you have the 253, your half way there. If you have to soarse out a 5ltr block the price will of the build will jump considably. Compare the two for build cost........ unless its not a factor?
Any larger str |

I don't know. Better than stock quality 377 (also called 383 if overbored) Chev pistons are pretty damn cheap, plus they are 4" bore (and STD oversizes) so rings are cheap also and these are what you use in a 308 to 350 cube stroker. 308 blocks that will |

If your gonna build another engine, why don't you keep an eye out for a chev driveline at a reasonable price. I reckon they're the cheapest engine to hot up, plus there's a huge range of hipo parts. Also there's always heaps of secondhand performance part
