what do i need to do a full reco on my one tonner front end

Replace them all, see about getting a Nolathane or Superpro poly kit they are available in complete kit form, I bought one for my MS85 1075 Toyota Crown which now runs a 253v8 with a M21 4 speed box.

also can do the chasis mount rubbers or Body Mount Kit. can view these on the link below my post. the part number is BMK3

Qute has covered most of it, there is a cross shaft in there too.It all should be available from coventrys or your general parts supplier. Just check the movement in the new idler arm. Some new idler arms have more movement than the old one you want to re

Hi Dave.I know it as a drag link as well.Holden called it a stearing connecting rod. With the amount of manufactures out there now,it is amazing how many differant names you can have for the same thing.

I would not be inclined to go full nolathane or poly it makes for a very stiff suspension and not very comfortable ride. Not really useful in a street car.Use standard rubber on all except maybe the sway bar.
