just bought two xc"s a ute and sedan for family projects (my dad brother and me) ute has 302 cleveland fitted and sedan has a six.
does anybody know if they were fitted with clevos when new as they are unregistered, this also has a power steering pump on the ute but no power steering, i am only 15 and was a holden nut but my dad is a ford freak but mainly old fords and f trucks

yes, some of the XCs had clevos fitted from new. If you want to know if your ute originally came out factory with a V8 you will have to read the compliance plate. check what it says next to "eng" - on the compliance plate.
