Fuel meter reads 0 and red pump sign is permanetly on. Holden have quoted me $600 to fit a new module. Does this sound right? Appreciate advice. $600 sounds like a lot. Frank.

The fuel sender for a VT can be purchased separately for about $100. You have to drop the tank to fit it, so that would be around $250 to $350 depending on the repairer's hourly rate. I think the quote you've got is about right for the whole

I don't know of any website that would have these diagrams & it seems silly to by an expensive manual (they come in 12 volumes) just to do this job. The guy at the spare parts counter might let you look at his parts exploded views on his comp
