Hi there ,
I Have the chance to buy a Bonnet for my XB Fairmont,its a GS/GT type. I need to know if a XC bonnet is different from the XB bonnet, will they fit? and what is the overall shape difference?

They will fit. There is no difference in the shapes of the bonnet. The only difference is the bonnet lock down on the XC bonnet is different but you can swap them over. Will not be a problem.

One other thing. The XC GS bonnet does not have the lock down pins like the XB GS/GT bonnet. If the bonnet you are looking at has the factory lock down pins it's an XB.

Not a problem, happy to help. What engine are you running in your car? Are you running the GS grille and spots or plan on fitting them?

It is just a standard Fairmont running a 302 cleveland.
We do not have a GS Grill , But we have a GS Bonnet lined up.
