G'day all
Would anyone know if there is a 4/5 speed auto conversion
to go behind a 351 cleveland!!
Dont want to go to high tech, just want to keep it simple
and the cost down

Yep, it's called an AOD box. Basically it's a 4 speed auto box with a mixture of C4 and FMX bits. There are a few different types of AOD box. You need the earlier type without the computers. basically a 3 speed auto with an overdrive. They can be mod

I was gonna ask a simular question.

3 speed is annoying me. plus as in my other post i may have a buggered gearbox and will need a new one anyway

glad I joined the site and take the time to read things. My 75 LTD restoration job may well have one put in if I can find it quickly. May be easier here in Godzone than it is in Aussie
