Hi, can I roll in a replacement front suspension/crossmember from a HG straight swap to my HK? I got a canary and would like to use the K subframe and discs with a good G suspension I have. If I decide I need to swap the subframe as well (rust), can I leave the outriggers on and use the K gearbox crossmember in the K floor holes for the 'glide?

Yes mate you can swap the HG front sub frame onto your HK body. Not 100% sure about rolling the suspension under and just bolting it up to a K sub frame. I guess you will just have to give that one a go.

It is a big job to change the front clip, but easier than cutting out rust in hard to get to places. Make sure you get all new bolts first (rare spares), especially the ones that attach the subframe to the floor members (these can be buggers to remove). T |

Thanks guys, I think I will just change the whole clip for now. No way I want to cut off the outriggers as this one is for the (G)Monaro. I will just use it until the Monaro is ready for it. What is the story on the track for these vs. HK? If I swap the (
