overheating 307

Rank: Guest Groups: Guests Joined: 2/09/2015(UTC) Posts: 43,977 Was thanked: 5 time(s) in 5 post(s)		have HK 307 with overheating problem. temp is fine when driving but overheats when idling for a few minutes. have engine driven fan, have put in reco 4 core radiator, new water pump, therostat & radiator hoses, flushed motor, installed over flow bottle. any ideas ?

A friend of mine had problems with his centura many years ago. Did the same as you but it turned out to be a faulty temperature sender. He replaced that and had no further problems. bluHJ
