Yep.
Youll have something that has the same body shape and looks as the LX but itll also have the A9X floorpan.
Personally I have nfi why anyone would want a lh/lx over a UC, the UC is simply better. Better brakes, better looks, better body..better hand

Good looks??? the UC looks like **** on wheels. If it looked any worse it would be a ford XF. If the UC looked so good why would anyone put the LX front onto it????

I dont like the look of a UC at all. Its just my opinion. I would rather own a genuine LX hatchback then a transformed UC hatch. Thats just me... ill keep lookin!

I have been reading on GMH-Torana.com about this and it involves as Alex (Boom) says plus everything that they bolt too such as inner guards (the guards mount differently so won't just bolt onto a UC) and also the LH/LX radiator support panel has to

Ohh Poo, I have just bought a UC hatch as finding an lx hatch in WA without having to pay an arm and a leg is impossible. I was under the impression it was quite easy. Pus! You should see the pieces of Crap for sale over here, I kid you not, an LX hatc |

You'lll also find the level of the rear floor (under the hatch) is at a different height to an LX, the upper control arm mounts are different (good if you want to run an A9X diff), floor is different where the handbrake goes on UC, dash mounts are differe |
