Hey, im getting a 1 tonner and i want to give it a bit more go and make it as economical as i can get it. My dad said you can put a 149 head or 161 head on a 202 to give it more compression and the smaller valves give it more torque and use less fuel, Has any one else done something like this i just want to get some ideas at the moment. thanks

See other posts. Compression will be too high meaning any increased economy will be lost buying 98 octane fuel.
Best bet is to fit a dizzy off a blue motor and leave the 202 as is, plus stick a 5speed box in it if it is to be driven at highway speeds. Or
