not totaly sure on that,i do know that the car that won bathurst is no longer with us and the car he has now is a replica of the race car.

I love that blue hardtop besides the gtho they are the meanest looking car. What happened to the 74 bathurst winner? was it written off?

im not totaly sure but i think it just had a hard racing life which ended up damaging the shell pretty bad.i suppose back then they didnt think about it much,the car would have been scrapped im guessing.shame because today people are restoring coupes that

Yeah from what I have read, the car ended up as land fill. Quite a few of the famous racing coupes ended up with the same fate. :(

Damn. some people have no heart thats why its so hard to get parts for them today as people didnt care about them when they were in their prime. Hard tops are becoming impossible to come across. dont you wish you knew even 15 years ago what we know now. a
