The brake pedal in my HQ sits about 3 or 4 inches higher than the accelerator pedal. The later models kingswoods/premiers etc have the pedals at a level closer to being even
Applying the brake literally means having to 'lift' your foot from one pedal to the other. Is there a way that this could be changed?

By higher, do you mean closer to you? It's not hard to convert a HQ to a HJ-WB cable setup if that is how what you want is achieved. Just go to a wreckers and have a look at one. On one of these models (HJ I think) the accelerator pedal bolts on, so you |

i have compared accelerators and brake pedals in the HQ and the later models, the accelerator appears to be in the same position, BUT the brake pedal sits sooooooooooo much higher in the HQ than what it does in later models.

I must say i've never noticed it before, and i've owned and/or wrecked 30 or more HQ-WB's. But having said that if that is how HQ's are then nothing is stopping you fitting a HZ pedal and booster. I always believed that the brake pedals and the hole they |
