Hi i have a set of the tasman 5 spoke wheels,
i have been trying to find some information and /or pictures of them on the internet.... no luck there is nothing about them... is it because they are rare or simply worth nothing.....??
i am after the caps that go on them... mine have no caps and i was trying to find a picture of them and find a set of four.....
if anyone could help me out even with a picture of the wheel with a cap or even better the caps themselves it would be of great help....
even just a web site .... ANYTHING!!!!!

the mags you speak off were used in the early 70`s and i recall seeing them on early valiants the most, you may find pictures of them in adverts from old wheels and modern motor magazines from about 1968 onward.
From what I have seen at swapmeets the cap

Tasman wheels came out in the mid 60s, they were the first Australian made commercially available alloy wheel. They were alloy centres in a steel chrome rim.
