Heres a curly one to stretch memories, when I was an apprentice at Fishermans bend in the seventies three vehicles where produced for the Moomba celebrations. A HXLE, Bedford van and a Sandman van. All three were painted gloss Black and had 50th anniversary celebration pinstriping applied very loudly all over in Gold. They were used for the Moomba parade once then sat in the service garage car park for around a year for sale, they eventually disappeared. I have contacted GMH recently and they were not recorded and they cannot recall them.
Anyone got any idea?? they were pretty sexy looking vehicles, love to know what happened to them???? Cannon
